Are you looking for something positive to do? Join Krissy for Yoga in our Fitness Studio. There are so many health benefits to this practice:
Lower blood pressure, greater flexibility, enhanced brain function, lower cholesterol, better skeletal alignment, strengthened bones and joints, weight loss, decreased stress, deeper peace of mind, mental focus, mind-body integration, happiness & inner peace…just to name a few!
The classes are 1 hour and the focus is on breathing (with intention) & stretching. The last 5 minutes of class are for Savasana (quiet meditation with a lavender infused hot towel). Yoga is not a religion, but a practice to strengthen your body & mind. Come check it out! You don’t need any previous yoga experience. If you have a mat, please bring it – otherwise there are a limited # of mats available.
->Sunday Mornings 9am-10am (*this is not a class where you will sweat much, so if you need to head to church in the morning or somewhere else directly after – feel free to bring a change of clothes and get ready in our bathroom).
->Monday Nights 5:30-6:30pm
->Wednesday Mornings 9am-10am
